Chris Garcia has been appraising since 2004 and has held a Certified General Appraiser's License in the State of Pennsylvania (GA-004203) since 2016.  Prior to being certified Mr. Garcia worked in the Cumberland County Assessment Office as a Certified Pennsylvania Evaluator (AV-002310).  Additionally, Mr. Garcia has held a Pennsylvania Real Estate Sales Person License (RS-311727) since 2009.  Mr. Garcia's expertise is in commercial and/or industrial real estate appraisal and consulting, specializing in comprehensive valuation and market analysis.
